Ordering

As part of this checkout process you will be given the opportunity to confirm your order and to correct any errors. We will send an email acknowledgement, detailing the products you have purchased.

We order directly from the growers to ensure fresh, quality product with no holding time. For this reason, we suggest ordering at least 10 business days before your event to ensure travel and preparation.

Due to the nature of our product there may be occasions in which a particular flower may not be available. We reserve the right to replace these flowers with ones of equal or higher value. Should this option not be feasible we will contact you prior to delivery.
Delivery

RoseExpress.com offers delivery for all 50 states via Federal Express. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays. Saturday deliveries are available for an additional charge.

Standard delivery times are Monday-Friday 8am- 6pm, and Saturday 8am-12pm. We strongly recommend that if your establishment is not open during standard delivery hours that you leave a note for the Federal Express driver stating the contents of the package and what time you will be there to receive it.
Cancellation

Should you need to cancel or amend your order, please notify us at least 72 hours before the delivery date. If your order has been dispatched you will be fully charged.

If the product does not meet your expectations, you will be eligible for a refund/credit on all damaged goods. Simply count the number of stems that are unsatisfactory. If delivery is refused, no refunds/credits will be issued and you will be held responsible for the total cost of the product.
